These workshops are a fun and interactive way to explore Kinesiology and the incredible benefits it has to offer people from all walks of life.

This life-changing modality is a non-invasive healing science that can help people achieve better physical, mental and emotional health. In our Introduction to Kinesiology Workshops, we can get you started with an easy introduction and teach you some basic Kinesiology techniques, in addition to the gentle art of muscle monitoring.
These Workshops, run over two days, are held either over a weekend or two consecutive weekdays. The program is fun, interactive and you will learn:
- muscle monitoring
- kinesiology pre-checks
- hand modes
- emotional stress defusion balance
- age recession technique
- and more
This Workshop is ideally suited to people interested in:
- learning more about Kinesiology
- wellness and health
- unique healing modalities and complementary therapies
- achieving emotional, mental, and physical balance in their life
- exploring a different career path without committing to a full course
- understanding more about how the body holds and stores stress
We also highly recommend students enrolling or considering enrolling in the Diploma of Kinesiology attend the Introductory Workshop before their first Term, as the Workshop gives you a fun and relaxed introduction to the techniques used and the supportive, adult-learning environment we offer.
