Nicolie began her career in office administration and banking. She earned an Accounting Degree from Curtin University, later joining the university’s staff for nine years. Her discovery of Kinesiology in 1994 sparked a new professional passion, leading her to complete extensive training, qualify as a Touch for Health instructor in 1996, and establish her own successful clinic in 1997.

A committed leader in advancing kinesiology education, Nicolie developed and achieved accreditation for Western Australia’s first Kinesiology Diploma in 2004, teaching all units until the college grew to include additional staff. After her daughter Tania assumed leadership in 2010, she focused on clinical practice and advanced teaching. Completing all levels of Brain Integration Training between 2002 and 2008, she has helped countless clients improve wellbeing and continues to teach Year 3 Kinesiology units. Respected for her professionalism and passion, she remains deeply dedicated to fostering growth and excellence within the kinesiology community.
